Now Hiring - Retail Parts Counter Sales in Port Washington, WI

Playground Auto Parts is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Counter Salesperson. This individual should be an enthusiastic, detail oriented person who can listen and work with our customers to answer their questions and resolve their concerns. You will work with both walk in and internet based customers.

The Position:

The Retail Counter Salesperson is responsible for all aspects of customer service. This includes:

** Answering customer calls and messages regarding availability, fitment, and basic functionality

** Working with our walk-in (retail) customers

** Utilize our POS system

** Updating customer information in our computer system

** Processing product returns

** Meeting customers for product pickup (at our location)

** Customer outreach for shipping services

** Invoicing of all purchases

** Posting and promoting our products online

** Repricing and repositioning of products for sales

The Qualifications:

** High levels of customer service skills

** Excellent organization and prioritization abilities

** Excellent computer skills

** Basic knowledge of automotive parts

** Drivers License

Considered a plus:

** Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

** Previous mechanical experience

** Bi-lingual in Spanish

The Location:

Our shop is located in the southern Port Washington industrial park, about 5 minutes north of the Grafton Costco.

The Hours:

Standard business hours are around 8am-5pm - No weekends.

The Pay:

Pay for this position is highly dependent on background and skills but starts at $15 per hour.
